How do I place an order?
You can place your order online through the store and complete payment at checkout. If you prefer help by phone or email, we are happy to walk through your order and options with you.
What payment options do you accept?
Online checkout accepts major credit and debit cards. If you need an alternative payment option, please contact us and we will confirm what is available for your order.
How do I check my order status?
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking email from the carrier. If you need an update before it ships, email us and we will check on it for you.
Can I cancel or change my order?
If you need to change or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to help if the order has not yet been fulfilled.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. We can issue gift cards in any denomination. Contact us to purchase one and we will share current terms and redemption details.
